Habermas and the Law

Knowing from my Master’s level exams how hard it is to wrap my head around complex theories without the help of YouTube videos, I made this video to fill a gap in YouTube’s higher-education repertoire. This video is unscripted. I go through my notes on Habermas, and with a focus on his view of law, I hope to give clarity on what he means by colonization of the lifeworld, juridification, cognitive-instrumental rationality, and discourse ethics.
